1959 was the year in which INVERNIZZI SDF was founded. From the outset, the two partners, Giancarlo and Vittorio Invernizzi indicated a specific company business in the articles of incorporation : “Mechanical workshop for processing stainless steel” . The first products made on commission were parts for shop furnishings and equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

In the ’70s, while continuing to manufacture goods on commission, the company began producing the first products for end users: these were the first examples of stainless steel gates and fencing.

In the ’80s, the second generation came into the company and the company trademark was redesigned. In the meantime, new products were placed on the market and contributed to the spread and growth of the INVERNIZZI trademark.

In the year 2000 the company took out a new trademark “INVERLIGHT” for a new industrial sector: lamps for illumination, obviously made of stainless steel. The company also continued to modernize its production lines with the installation of a laser cutter for pipe and sheet metal. A new production plant was opened in addition to the original plant in Bernareggio.
